Measuring Guide
When looking for the perfect fit in Shapewear and hosiery, measuring your body becomes very handy to get accurate measurements that allow you to find the perfect item you are looking for that ,not only will make you look better but for sure it will make you feel completely comfortable. The measurements that are regularly used are chest, waist, hips, thighs and inseam and are taken without any clothes on (body measurements). Make sure that you use a cloth measuring tape and not a metal one and that the tape is neither too tight or too loose when taking the measurement.

| A. CHEST |
Measurement of the circumference of your chest. Place the tape around the fullest part with your arms down and relaxed. Don’t forget to wear a non-padded bra to get the right measurement. |
| B. WAIST |
Measurement of the circumference around your waist. Place the tape around your natural waistline (the smallest part above your belly button) and measure. |
| C. HIPS |
Measurement of the circumference around your hips. Place the tape around the widest part of your buttocks across the hipbone and measure. Try to keep the tape level on both sides. |
| D. THIGH |
Measurement of the circumference of the fullest part of your tight. |
| E. INSEAM |
Measurement of top of the inside leg (crotch) to the bottom of your ankle. |
| F. HEIGHT |
Total measurement from the top of your head to your feet. |
