Track Your Order OyaBodywear
You can check the status of your order at any time in Your Account. Login in Your Account, enter your e-mail and password. Once you are in My Account, click on See Orders and look for the sales order you have placed.

YOU CAN ADD, EDIT OR CANCEL YOUR SALES ORDER in Your Account as long as your order is Pending Approval or Pending Fulfilment. Once your order has been fulfilled, it status changes to Pending Billing. This means that your order has been packed and is being shipped so the system will not allow you to make any change to your order anymore. The shipping company tracking number associated with your shipment will also now appear beside your order, unless you have requested Warehouse Pick Up.

We will e-mail you a copy of the cash receipt associated with your sales order shortly after the order has been shipped. The cash receipt will include the tracking number of the sale order. If you have not received our e-mail, please check your junk or spam folder, or verify in Your Account that the e-mail you had provided us is accurate. Alternatively log in Your Account and print a copy of your order.

Once the shipping company tracking code has been issued, you can follow the tracking number and you can monitor the estimated delivery date.
